Shipping policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. After payment is confirmed, a separate email containing the download link is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a few minutes for delivery and check your spam or promotions folder.

PHYSICAL JEWELRY

Our physical jewelry is shipped directly by our trusted fulfillment partner. Orders typically enter shipment within approximately four business days, although processing times may vary.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping charges and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and products ordered. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking page to update

ORDERS CONTAINING MULTIPLE PRODUCT TYPES

Digital products are delivered separately by email. Physical jewelry may arrive in a separate shipment. Orders containing products from different fulfillment locations may also arrive in multiple packages.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an address needs to be corrected, email hello@mareandgoldjewelry.com immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

We currently ship physical products only to addresses within the United States.
