Refund policy

PHYSICAL JEWELRY

We accept return requests for eligible full-price jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email hello@mareandgoldjewelry.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please use USPS with tracking and keep your receipt. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

REFUNDS

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process it.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads, printable products, and PDF resources are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after delivery, except where required by law. If you experience trouble accessing a file, contact us for assistance.

SALE ITEMS

Sale and promotional items are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@mareandgoldjewelry.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests may be submitted within one hour of purchase. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or fulfillment.
